Cooking course
A private cooking class (about 2 hours) during which you will learn to prepare some tasty local recipes. After the cooking class you will enjoy a dinner including some of the recipes you have prepared together with the Italian cook.
Experience available for Tortellini e Motori tour.

Spa treatment
It includes a relaxing massage after a riding day and the access to swimming-pool/sauna area.
Experience available for Tortellini e Motori tour; Passo per Passo; Rinascimento; Verde e Blu.

Ticket to Moto GP, San Marino GP or SBK
It includes a ticket entrance to a motorcycle race to be chosen from Moto GP (Mugello track on June 1st 2008); San Marino Moto GP (Misano Santa Monica World Circuit on August 31st 2008) or Superbike.
Available for Tortellini e Motori and for Rinascimento tour but by an extension/adjustment may be included in other tours too.

Mosaic course
The experience includes a course (about 2 hours) during which you will be able to prepare your own mosaic following the ancient Byzantine method, putting together small glass tessera. You may then keep the mosaic as a souvenir of your tour.
Experience available for Tortellini e Motori tour, connected with the guided visit of the beautiful Ravenna mosaics.

Gondola ride in Venice
It includes a gondola ride in Venice during which you will be taken on the typical Venetian boat along the canals to admire the ancient palaces and bridges from the water.
Experience available for Tortellini e Motori tour but by an extension/adjustment may be included in other tours too.

Guided visit of Florence
It includes an individual guided visit (a licenced guide just for you) of Florence's highlights and the entrance to Uffizi, one of the most famous art museum in the world.
Experience available for Rinascimento tour but by an extension/adjustment may be included in other tours too.

Opera
It includes a ticket to an opera show. Opera is a mix of music and theatre, where the performers have to be both actors and singers. It was born in Italy during the Renaissance period, in late 16th century. Some of the most opera composers are Giuseppe Verdi (Aida, La Traviata,Rigoletto...); Giacomo Puccini (Tosca, La Boheme...); Gioacchino Rossini (Il Barbiere di Siviglia, La Gazza Ladra...).
Experience available for Rinascimento and Tortellini e Motori tour but by an extension/adjustment may be included in other tours too.

Soccer match
Soccer (in Italian: calcio) is the most popular sport in Italy and Italy is among the best soccer teams all over the world.
This option includes the ticket for a soccer match of A series team (A series includes the top of Italian teams).
By an extension/adjustment may be included in each tour.

Truffle hunting
It includes a guided truffle hunting in the woods together with an experienced "tartufaio" and his dog.
The hunting is followed by tastings of local products with truffle (even if the hunting won't be a successful one!).
